Notifications for Automated Searches
In DePaul Scholars, you can turn on automated searches for your publications in select databases, and receive notifications when new publications are found. Scopus is already turned on for each profile, but you can turn on automated searching for:
- Digital Commons
- Mendeley
- Embase
- PubMed
- ArXiv.org
- CiNii
- AO/NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS)
- Espacenet
To do so:
- Click Edit Profile under the icon
- Choose Automated search
- Use the On/Off toggle by each resource name to turn on automated searching
- Add your name to search by, or Add the suggested names
- Add your name to search by, or Add the suggested names
Make sure to check the box by Inform me by email when candidates are found and click Save.
