Matthew Girson is a Professor in DePaul's Department of Art, Media, and Design and is a practicing artist. Girson is most prominently a painter but has worked with video and installation as well. His art has been shown at The Chicago Cultural Center, Zolla Lieberman Gallery, the Mary and Leigh Block Museum and College of DuPage Gahlberg Gallery among other venues.
