To evaluate the likely usefulness of an organization and its website, look for:
> Statements of the organization's purpose, mission, vision, or policy
> Indications of the accuracy, currency and authority of the information provided
> Contact information; office and email addresses; a way to ask questions or provide feedback
> A "last revised" website revision date
> Evidence of governance or leadership, including identities, contact information, qualifications and experience of any board members, editors or other contributors
> Sources of funding or sponsorship
> Any affiliations with academic, political, religious or industry-based organizations
