Titles and Resources on Westlaw

West Publishing largely created the structure of legal bibliography that researchers continue to use to navigate the law to this day. Westlaw, its online database of the law, is now one of the two main platforms for legal research. Aside from its comprehensive body of primary authority, Westlaw also includes the most important legal subject treatises that help students and researchers understand any given area of the law.

Access to Westlaw is limited to students, faculty, and staff of the College of Law.

If the above hyper links don't work, you can find those titles by:

  1. Logging into Westlaw: https://lawschool.westlaw.com/desktopdefault.aspx
  2. Clicking "Secondary Sources" under the "All Content" tab.
  3. Navigating to the "By Topic" heading and clicking "Health Law."
  4. At the bottom of the set of filters on the left side of the screen, under "Publication Type," check the box next to "Texts & Treatises."
