Intellectual Property and Technology Law

Introduction

This research guide is intended to provide materials, including books, databases, journal articles, and study aids in the area of intellectual property and technology law. In addition, this guide contains links to materials in the library's collection (and the collections of the other campus libraries - John T. Richardson and the Loop Libraries), as well as subscriptions that can aid students and attorneys in understanding the various fields of the law that pertain to intellectual property and computer science, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, computer law and privacy regulations, among many others.

The links on this guide will take you to catalog records that can help you locate books housed in the university's libraries, as well as to external databases that may require you to log in with your Campus Connect ID. If you have any questions about information on this LIbGuide, please don't hesitate to contact Ryan Marcotte, the law library's Research, Instruction, & Scholarship librarian!
