While the law library has additional Law Research Guides dealing with business & corporation information (ex. Business Entities; Corporate & Securities resources... etc.), this guide focuses more on finding Company Information. Materials off Lexis, Westlaw & Bloomberg Law are included as well. Finally, we include material off the SEC's EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Collection & Retrieval) website.

"Due Diligence: Company Information for Law Students" (by Matthew M. Morrison -- Law Library Journal, 2016) is an excellent article included here for reference. "Due Diligence..." includes references to many sources, some (but not nearly all) are included in this research guide.
