Adding Permanent Links
Permanent links are available for any PDF or other document type uploaded to Course Reserves. Permanent links are not available for weblink items, such as links to database articles or freely available content. Permanent links to items in Course Reserves will work in future semesters as they compare against currently enrolled students. Users using this link will be prompted to sign in to access any materials if not already signed in to Course Reserves.
To add permanent links from Course Reserves to a syllabus or D2L course shell, click on the detailed view of an item and copy the url listed under Permanent Link.
